Service Description
Ideal control of our weight with healthy eating and exercise is a challenge for many of us, even when we know about nutrition, fitness, and its importance for wellness. Underlying feelings and beliefs about ourselves and how the world provides for us are often at the core of emotional eating to fill ourselves up and nurture ourselves with food. Because there are many layers to managing weight and motivation for making good choices, hypnosis usually requires six sessions to restore and maintain a beautiful body image.
